I have a 175 hp 1994 Mercury that takes several cranks and playing with the throttle to start when cold (also does it occassionally again after stopping for a while). It also runs fairly rough at very low speed (just in gear). Please forgive me, I'm fairly new at the maintenance stuff any help or suggestions would be great!
