1995 mercury compression test

Hi there, I just received 1995 Mercury 150hp 2.0 Liter, I did a compression test. From left side first and top to bottom:<br /><br />1) 115<br />2) 116<br />3) 0<br />4) 116<br />5) 115<br />6) 115<br /><br />piston number 3 there is no compression at all, you see the piston moving back and forward but there is no compression, the gauge on the tester don’t even move, I found it very strange on why there is no compression at all.<br /><br />Any help or advice on this motor I will really appreciate.<br />Thank you

Time to pull the power head, you need a least a new piston. Probably some other damage in there also...need to figure out how the piston got damaged.

leak in head gasket.compressions rings are frozen. no easy fix. that was my problem last year. you can try marvel mistery oil and new head gasket.

Spray that cylider with seafoam every day for a 5 days might get lucky and just have stuck rings.
