I get it opened in adobe and all I get is the first 4 pages of the manual. Spent about 30 mintues thrying to figure it out but havent gotten any more than those pages.
On page 4 of 4 you should get the "Service Manual Outline" page. If you click on any of these headings it should open up a new page for that topic. If this is not working for you, try downloading and installing the newest version of the Adobe reader from their website. My Adobe reader is version 6 dated 11/30/04 and it works fine.
I get everything ok, but unfortunately, the don't cover my 1989 200hp Merc OB. I think most of the info on the other engines are close enough to be able to use it for reference.<br />I wish there was another site but haven't found it yet. Good luck.
mercruiserparts.com has parts diagrams and blow ups of almost all mercury motors made, all the way back to the first lil singles and twins from the 40's and 50's
I am looking for info on rebuilting a foot of a 50 HP 1986/1988 mercury 2 stroke 4 cylinder. The shop says the prop shaft is 30 thou out and lets water in the foot( milky foot Oil). While disassemblying the foot what other parts should I service Ie. water pump etc
Thanks
