92 Mercury 40 HP keeps blowing fuse

My 40 HP keeps blowing the main fuse whenever I hit choppy water. Replaced tilt/trim switch in cowling which was bad, had main fuse holder replace, and I have checked for frayed/damaged wires. I still have the probelem.<br /><br />Any thoughts out there or similar problem and a fix?<br /><br />thanks

bayou ;replace the fuse ,turn on the ign,(don't start)shake the $hiet out of your bundled wires and see if it blows .found this in the main bundle between plug & control.
