Mercury 2-stroke fuel ratio

I just bought a 1977 Mercury outboard 115 HP (in-line 6 cylinder), I wondering what the fuel mixture ratio?

50:1 TC-W3. Some here use 40:1 if you are running hard all the time.

I have an 86 Mariner inline 6, 2 stroke, and was told to add 450 mls/oil to a 23 litre tank of premium gas is that correct?
