water not pumping mercury

I have a 25 HP mercury outboard. I submersed the water intakes and no water is pumping out of the motor. I checked the intake covers and they were clean. I pulled the water hose and fitting on top and they were clear. I also blew threw the hose and water bubbles came out intake. Can you help

Sounds like to me, you need a new water pump impeller.<br /><br />Do a search at the top of this page for your problem.<br /><br />Plenty of useful knowledge located there.
