yr85 115hp mercury will not take off/ stalls and dies

my mercury 115 starts fine and idles good but when you give it the gas it dies, checked all plugs they are good, got fire on all six, carbs look fine but I don't know how to clean them. what could it be? it it possible it could be the gas?

To clean carbs the should be removed and dissasembled. Then completely gone through to make sure every intended orafice is clear of debris.
