Merc 225 EFI Warning Horn Test

Horn no longer beeps during the test when the ignition is first turned on. Only two of the 3 warning lights work during the test. The oil light is the one that does not work. Engine runs fine. Any ideas what may be causing this other than a faulting gage? Would the bulb being out also silence the alarm.

I think the sender in the tank is dirty,or rolled-over and died. To test, short the lead to engine ground. Lamp and buzzer should buzz and lamp.
