1988, 200hp mercury, no spark

Not getting any spark. have disconnected the black w/yellow tracers from power pack. both leads are showing grounded. Don't know where to look next.

hi there i have the same engine and year .....I would check ignition switch....then go from there......then to the trigger and stator under the flywheel.....good luck
