Yes, you tube has many, watch them all until you feel comfortable cleaning/ rebuilding yours.
Change your on motor fuel filter too.
If the fuel lines are old/over eight years you could change them.
I would highly recommend a Yamaha mar mini-il fuel water separator, its good up to 115hp.
You could change the gear lube in the lower unit.
Clean the plugs, test with multi meter.reinstall with anti seize on threads,dielectric grease on the top.
You might destroy the carb manafold gasket, get a new gasket online.
