Head bolt torque specs

I have a 1995 40hp mercury and I have to replace the water seal gasket but I cant find the head bolt torque specs anywhere, can someone help me?

The 1/4-20 screws are usually torked to 80 inch lbs.-----Similar sized metric would be the same.

stupid question but how do i find out what size the bolts are?
