1976 20hp water coming out of spark plug ?

Hello, I have a 1976 mercury 200 20 hp. I notice weep hole had a weak stream, so impeller was changed. Now after starting I noticed water under cowling. This lead to finding water at spark plug, not in cylinder that I can tell. Is this a head gasket? Having trouble uploading video, will try again tonight.

There is no cylinder head on that motor.----There is a water jacket cover gasket.----Easy / cheap fix on a fresh water motor.-----Fairly common for a leak there.

Just replace gasket? Would anyone have torque values for this job? I have mechanical ability, no service manual.

Torque on 1/4" screws is generally 80 inch lbs.

I like to finish post out. I bought gasket, installed had leak. Then I replaced the 6 bolts and nuts (stainless) this then stopped leak. Thanks racerone
