2011 20HP Mercury Outboard Water Leak? HELP!!!

I noticed what looks to be a water leak, not sure if this is normal or not. Any ideas? I see that there is a machined hole where the water is coming from, not sure if its supposed to leak like that or there should be some sort of a plug over the hole. Please see the video and picture attached.

Looks like a drain hole for the lower unit...completely normal.

You may not have the water pump and your discharge tube connected completely. Your pee stream looks like it is running a little weak . The tube should fit completely inside your water pump outlet housing. Mohawkmaters is correct, but it shouldn't be shooting out unless it is designed that way. I just don't think it is OK the way it is.
