Recently purchased a 2003 Fisher Pontoon Boat. The outboard is a 2003 Mercury 90 Horse ELPT 4 Stroke. I had it out this last weekend and outboard ran fine when first put into lake, about 5500RPM WOT. Ran for about 30 minutes without a problem. Found a beach, had lunch, and enjoyed the water for about 3 hours. Went to go back to dock, outboard ran fine at first, but after about 10 minutes outboard would only do about 2800 WOT. The fuel is less then a week old. Any ideas electrical of fuel
