I have a 1995 60 hp 3 cyl 2 stroke that stalls when in idle or when I bring it down from high RPM. the boat runs great at half and full throttle will start up but dies after about 20 seconds. I cleaned the carbs twice, new gas tank, new gas lines, new primer bulb and new spark plugs and wires. I did notice that the top cylinder does not always spark, checked the spark plug on the other wires so I know its no the plug, could this be my issue why the boat is stalling when I bring it down from higher RPMs or when just idoling, anyone with suggestions would helpThanks
