Mercury 50 hp thunderbolt jet to prop

I have a 50 horse thunderbolt that I'm thinking about switching back to a prop. I'm just curious about what I actually need to do this. A lower obviously, what do I need to do to set up the shift mechanism? Any input is appreciated

You could probably sell the whole motor with the jet and get a different prop motor, jets are a premium and go for more $ might be cheaper to sell and rebuy.
