1969 Mercury 500 Internal Wire Harness Help

Hey All

I have a 1969 Mercury 500, serial #2629264. My internal wiring harness has disintegrated. I would like to purchase a new one or find a used one. Can someone please give me the pert number and or a source where I can find a replacement? I have looked in several spots and I can't seem to find one for this vintage. My last resort is to solder new wire and heat shrink the new wires. Can someone tell me the wire gauge for the smaller wires? The wires for the starter hot and the negative are in decent shape.

Thanks for the info! I looked at the pic of the part that you have given me and it looks like the correct part. Can anyone tell me if the number is correct?
