Mercury Verado 250 engine oil filter

2008 Verado 250 engine oil filter uses Mercruiser 35-877769K01(new number). I am trying to find out the dimensions of the filter so I can match it to an Amsoil filter if possible. Amsoil may not make one for it but would like to find out. Also seems funny that hardly anyone makes an alternate filter for this application, only ones I could find were Sierra and Mallory

Amsoil Does not make one for your engine. Stick with the correct filter for it.
