hello to all, i am new to the forum and this motor. I have a 2004 Mercury 60hp 4 stroke. Runs like a dream! fires up before you can finish turning the key and runs all day long! now heres the issue, i check the oil pretty regular before each trip and i have noticed oil just vanishing.....i see ZERO oil anywhere on the motor, inside the cowl, in the water, zero smoke, NOTHING! it is pissing me off really. lol. example, i checked it saturday, was about 1/2 quart low...got it right, rode all day long. off and on fishing then just riding around with the wife...checked it when i got out the water, level was fine. went to take it out today and wont even touch the stick..... so if anyone could please tell me what the hell is going on that would be great!!!!
