The low oil warning test would not shut off after starting on my last outing last fall. The oil tank was full and all the wiring looked good.
I have been unable to find any info on testing the sending unit and warning modulle . thanks in advance for any input . I was told that due to the age and costs that I could disconnect the wiring and to keep it full all the time. This unit has low hours and runs great. . This is my first boat and I have the tools to do it but not enough funds to send it to the boat shop. Please advise!!
Thanks,
Steve McIn

95% of problems is magnet falls off float in oil ...the petrol base dissolves the adhesive...
