Gee, is that an Optimax? They have an electric fuel pump, although they do not make that noise. Are you turning the key to start when you hear that studder?

No its not Optimax,its 2006 115 EFI 4st.
Noise is coming when I turn ignition on (not starter) and
after'm turning off the ignition.

Thats a EFI 4 stroke and that's the electric fuel pump you hear.....nosier than normal
