weird socket to tighten lower unit prop shaft carrier

Anyone see where one might buy one.
What torque, I don't wan't to f@#$ gears.

I don't know, is it possible to over torque it? You might get better results by posting your question on the Mercury forum.

Torque spec is 210 ft lbs
