Mercury L4 115 manual

I am finally in the stage of putting the motor back together and need the torque specs of the bolts that hold the 2 halves of the block together. It might also be good for me to see if I can locate a manual. The engine is a 1999 Mercury L4 115, serial number OG895702. Anybody help a guy out in here...

Get the factory manual it is a MUST have for that motor as the link and sync is kind of tricky also.

I am fairly familiar with the link and sink but would be good to read a little further. What I mostly want are the torque settings.
