WATER PUMP QUESTION? 1987 MERCURY 115HP ELPTO

I just replaced the water pump on my 1987 115, Im curious if anyone has torque specs on the 3 nuts on the top of it, and the 1 screw. I do not have a manual. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Nylon case with SS liner? Not much. Water pressure runs maybe 15 psi at WOT which doesn't take much of a seal to contain. On something like that I run the nuts down till they contact the surface, snug them up good and then one more pop, usually with a 6" boxed end wrench with my hand in the middle.
