1976 mercury 85hp with out trim looking at a unit form a 1982 90 hp need help

Hi I have a 1976 mercury 85hp without tilt and trim on it just manual lift I'm looking at a trim system off a 1982 mercury 90 hp I'm curious If this system will bolt up to my Motor or if I have to get a diffrent transom bracket. Any help would be great before I commit to buyingredients this system

Should fit without any issues. Just don't forget to remove/disable the reverse lock mechanism on the transom bracket before installing the T and T system

Is the PTT unit the two cylinders, external to the transom clamp? If not it will not bolt up.

Yes its the 2 ram system with the pump inside the bait

OK, make sure to get the two trim brackets, 4 hoses, trim pump/reservoir, trim panel and wiring harness and the trim cylinders themselves.
