Can anyone tell me if this motor is fuel injected from the engine cover?

Seller claims motors fuel injected, I'm unsure if it is or not, from my re search the EFI models have red stickers on the engine covers

blue stickers jus indicates "blue water series".. which is jus a salt water badge and includes tha same motors as any production motor ... which means there's not much difference than tha regular stuff (maybe a sprayed on coat of cosmolean) (sp)...maybe a stainless tiller arm... more for marketing than anything else..... so yeah it can be an efi motor......
