Mercury 90 HP outboard pee hole

This is going to sound like a stupid question. But where is the pee hole on my 1984 Mercury 90 HP 6 cylinder 2 stroke?

THANKS GUYS. NOZZLE IS COGGED DAMNED NEAR SOLID. ANY IDEAS FOR A REPLACEMENT OR A WAY TO CLEAN IT OUT????

Small drill bit, then Weed eater string

I believe it's removable, just a little plastic doodad held in place with a phillips head screw. Remove it, clean it, reinstall it. Tight fit, but doable. Pressurized air will help, too.
