Well, that chart is a bit overkill. Once per season (even in salt water ) is good for gear oil, fuel filter, engine inspection points and the on-engine lubrication tasks. Lube the steering cable twice/season in salt water. Water pump every 3 years, unless you run in sandy or silty water. .
