5.0 mercruiser wont plain

I have a 2012 Tahoe 21 foot bow rider with a 5.0 merc inboard.it runs good in neutral and in reverse.it shifts into forward fine but when you throttle it. It bogs real bad.it done it all last summer but after running it a while it would slowly clear up and start running fine for the rest of the day.then next weekend same thing all over again.i thought it was trash in the carb or water so I took the carb apart and cleaned it.and put on new fuel filter.took it to the river and it seems to be worse.im am stumped about what it could be.any help would be greatly appreciated.thank you for any help I can get.

Thanks for the serial number, it will help. Have a TKS carb, 5.0 with electric fuel pump. The TKS carb can cause issues if not adjusted correctly. I am thinking this is a fuel issue and it's not getting enough. I would check fuel pressure when cold and also verify when it's warmed up.

Fun Times is are resident TKS expert, he may have some thoughts.
