Hey guys I have a 2001 200 HP Mercury it's not a optimax but it is efi it will turn start dies out several times then it will start and idle just fine sometimes it will start idle high then cut right out I'm almost sure it's fuel issue just don't know where to start boat originally had carb motor the primer bulb is newish it never seem to get tight tho but if vst tank is full shouldn't it run a lot longer then starting up and shutting right off any ideas
