skeg guard for 25hp Merc

I broke off a good chunk of my skeg over the weekend. I cant seem to find a skeg guard to fit it (25 hp merc). Anyone have an idea as to where I can find one?

I would take it to a welding shop or prop shop and ask if they can weld a new one on

Or like mentioned by AllDodge, a good aluminum welder should be able to get you back in shape. A prop shop would be best though as they usually are already set up to repair the skeg correctly along with already knowing what the "shape" the skeg should be to turn out the best looking.
