I hit something on the river &now my boat is stuck in forward,won't go into neutral or reverse,I think the shifter rod broke or popped out? still starts in forward not sure why as it should only start in neutral Do i have to drop the whole lower unit to fix it or can i pull the 2 bolts out by prop to seee whats going on?Prop tunes by hand but i hear a clicking sound on rotation,Thank you Pk
