Just got a boat that has been sitting for a few years. I cleaned out the gas tank and placed a new battery on it. I haven't re-filled the tank yet due to I leery of the VRO system not working. I did spray a little ether in the carbs and she fired right off. How can I be sure there is oil going into the gas when I start it?
