Can someone help me solve a problem I'm having with the engine in my Sea Ray Weekender 225 (2003).
I've recently noticed a beeping noise. That is two beeps every 60 seconds. I also noticed when cruising above 4,500 revs the beeping then goes to a constant tone. When I reduce the revs it goes back to the previous soft alarm noise.
When at the higher revs the engine appears to almost back fire. Almost like it's not getting air or perhaps a fuel injection issue. Oils pressure and temp levels are fine on the gages. Gear oil level is fine also. Anyone help please?
