is there a way to tell if manifolds and risers are good?

Got the engine out of the boat I bought. Both manifolds had water sitting in them. Can not see any cracks. looks like it was coming from the gasket area . I will try to upload a picture. Would like to reuse them. They have 500 hours on them and never seen salt water.

Ayuh,.... I see alota gasket,...... Ya gotta Clean 'em, to inspect 'em,....

Look for failures on the other side of those gasket pieces, where we can't see, against the iron,....
