Hellow to all dear gurus!

Looking for opinions on condition of outdrive i have, based on pictures of oil and magnet.
Now, in ideal world ofcourse it would be great to rebuild as soon as anything is wrong. But in that same world - i wouldn't be owning a 16 year old Capri:) :)

So, I have a 1999 Mercruiser 3.0 with Alpha 1, have put 30 hours on it past summer, after oil change. ALl hours - wakeboarding, so lots of starts.
And this is what I found when changing oil.

1 - Some shavings, nohing feels to fingers, all very thin. Is amount reasonable for 30 hours of wakeboaring use?

2 - Definite water presense in oil - white-ish streaks in oil as I drain, from start to empty. ALso some white residue on the bottom of oil reservour in engine compartment. on scale of 1 to 10 of badness - how bad is this?
I was not planning on rebuild just yet.

Any visible oil weepin'/ leakin',..??

I'm not a guru but Iv'e walked the walk.

1. Until there's an actual problem, run it.
2. That's nice and green gear lube, not a milkshake. Let that container sit and see what separates.
