Engine out, what to look for?

What exhaust manifolds and flapper or u going with? Just curious because iam doing same thing.

Undecided on this one. GLM conversion kit is $625, but some have had issues with the mating surfaces of the manifold/riser.. I could easily fix this myself, so not really a big deal for me. But can also get the Barr conversion kit for $800, and everything "should" be slightly better quality, without the mating surface issues.

As for flappers, and all gaskets, those will be OEM

Well the place Iam getting mind from talked me into Alum. Manifold and elbows , plus toke 100.00 of so Iam going to try them for the less weight on stern.

I'd prefer aluminum, but this boat will see salt water 95% of the time. Where are you buying from?
