engine timing question

I have a 1987 searay with a 350 5.7 engine 4 barrel carburetor, what is the timing on this engine 8, 10, 12, 14?please advice

would need the serial number to be exact but most V-8 motor use 8 BTDC. using race fuel you might get to 14-16 BTDC and using camel **** you need 0-2 BTDC
