New Bravo 3 is sluggish

I just had my Bravo 3 outdrive replace with a brand new unit and I feel its sluggish. Any Ideas for me?

I have a 2005 240 sea ray sundeck with a 5.0 merc.

Describe some symptoms and what your performance goals are and you might get better answers. My B3 was hitting a deadspot during slalom skiing. Turned out my gear lube oil was a little low and I redistributed some weight.

Are you sure you received the same gear ratio?

Are the propellers original, new or repaired?

Was it a complete new stern drive or just a new upper or lower unit housing?

Due you feel the sluggish is gear related or engine related?

What is the reason for the new drive? Check the ratio and props to make sure they are the same as original first.
