q51 2013 tahoe brand new and Trim will not go back down

Can someone please give us some ideas what to look for? Trim makes noises when you push it up and down like its working but it will nto come back down. all levels of oils and suck look good what else could we try??

Do you have trailer brackets of some kind to hold the drive up? Is this your first time using this brand new boat?

This is the third time taking it, out haven't had an issue until today, and no brackets on the driver. The manual said check fluid level and look for something obstructing it but we don't see anything and the fluid is full.

Have someone heavy bounce on the drive while someone else is pushing the drive down button and the pump is running. It will most likely go down.

Problem could be when you put the drive up and you just hold the button up and the pump really pressurizes and you just leave it that way. Then the valves can stick while sitting for some time over pressurized like that.
Next time you put the drive up, once all the way up, just click down for a sec. to relieve the over pressure on the pump. Then it should work next time.
