I just picked up a couple weeks ago a 84 hallett, it runs good but I did notice slight vibration at low rpm and turning, so I'm gonna pull the drive off and inspect the gimbal bearing and u joints and I want to change the bellows while I'm in there and this leads to my question. My boat has through transom exhaust so do I even need to install the exhaust bellow or will something leak if I don't?
