1989 4.3L v6 Mercruiser manifold riser bolts torque spec's?

Does anyone know the torque pressure for the 4 bolts for the manifold risers on a 1989 Mercruiser 4.3l v6? I've heard different pressures from 20-25lbs to 40-45lbs. Then I've also heard it doesn't matter just make sure they are all about the same by using a criss/cross pattern to tighten them.

Make sure your gaskets are perfect, water into the exhaust can ruin stuff. 25 foot pounds is your torque.
