Which power steering fluid? and what year of Mercruiser engine?

Serial # OF295214 350 MAG Alpha I thought this was a 1995, but it has Thunderbolt IV, which I read was used up to 1994. What year does this serial # match up to?

Is Dextron III the correct power steering fluid?

It's a 95 model. The Thunderbolt V started in 96.
Dexron or Dexron II type ATF is what the 1996 service manual calls for. Dexron III is just the newest version.
