Does anyone know what the difference is? I can see that they are different part numbers but what is the difference. The pulleys are the same size. I have the mando alternator but bought the belt of the delco. I am an hour away from the belt and i have a test run this afternoon for a potential buyer. Can anyone help me with this? Engine is a 99 Mercruiser 5.7L 2bbl carb alpha one outdrive with power steering. Serial number is 0L090998

The differences are in the length of the belt. The adjustment is limited, so you need the right belt.

NAPA will be able to cross reference it. Just give them the OEM number.

I do have the metal pulley. But i think it came from the factory that way. i now have the belt for the delco alternator and a napa belt for the mando alternator. So we will see what one fits.
