1972 SeaRay 165 hp Chrysler rebuild or swap?

Thanks in advance for answers to this question....I just purchased a 1972 SeaRay 18' with a Mercruiser Chrysler 165hp in-line 6 cylinder. It has a rod knocking and it's time to replace or rebuild. I am trying to find out if there are any long blocks available and if not, can I swap any other motors that will bolt up to the outdrive? Thanks again,

Mercruiser never used a Chrysler engine, might want to post a picture of what you have. Picture of the drive as well.
