mercruiser 4cyl head torque sequence

I have a mercruiser 4cyl 120hp from a 1966 bayliner that i have rebuilt.I;m getting ready to put the heads back on and need to know the bolt down torque sequence and the torque settings for the bolts.Any help would be great

begin in the center and work alternatly towards both ends of the head. tighten to 1/3 the torque value on the first sequence; to 2/3 value on the second sequence; finaly full torque on the final sequence.<br />M/M 4-cylinder---130 ft lb (176Nm)<br />gmc 4-cylinder---100 ft lb (136Nm)<br />by my manual-1964-1992

10-6-2-3-7<br /> 9-5-1-4-8<br />93# by the Merc. manual #2<br />It also says alittle at a time.....<br />I think 3 passes like Michael says should be sufficeint.....JK
