Just Bought A 1989 Bayliner Capri with a mercruser 3.0. The engine does not start. It's getting fuel, but I don't think it is getting any spark. I did hear it run just before I bought it. I was wondering if there is a circuit breaker or a fuse to check
before I start with the coil and dist. I am not familiar with this boat. I am also looking for starting instructions for this boat. The throttle control is different than my Crestliner. I cant seem to give it any throttle because the throttle / shifter has to be in neutral for the starter to engage.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
