I have a 2004 350 MAG MIE SN 0m396072, itr is have issues with hard starting, I have noticed that there are two(2) fuel pressure regulators on the engine. One on the fuel rail the other on the cool fuel module. I pulled each hose and smelled gas from the upper fuel pressure reg, no smell of gas on the lower. There is a T connection that ties in both. Is there a way of testing to see if these FPR are indeed working?
