Transome plate studs

What are the Transome plate studs and nuts made of?
Stud part# 818834 (7/16x4 1/4) x4, 56296 (7/16x4 3/4) x4, and the nuts are part#34933(7/16x20)x8? Can I just go to the hardware store for the nuts to save money or is it wise to just get the oem stuff
wher is the cheapest place online to get these things because locally the marine store wants an arm and a leg for this

Normally they are cad plated steel. But I changed the nuts and washers on mine for 316 S/S... I left the studs as is...

Yeah I wish I could just leave the studs alone but there isn't much left of them and I had to beat them pretty hard to get it off the boat
