Moisture at the oil filler cap. Oil also looks like coffee milk.

I had some trouble last season with the boat. Decided I would change the oil after several hours just to make sure. When I removed the oil filler cap I noticed that there was a small amount of condensation inside the cap but a decent amount of white thick build up around the edge. After draining the oil the color of it was consistant with coffee milk.
I pull all the plugs and they were dry. When I pulled the vents off the valve covers there was also a small amount of the thick substance on the ends.
Any ideas where to start?

I am guessing you got the engine wet or had a part fail last year
Maybe you didnt get all the water out
Or you still have a leak. What happened last year? how old are your manifolds? Did you need to winterize?
Did it overheat? Might have a head gasket leaking? maybe the heads or block?
